What was the best Advice your Mother ever gave you...?
'stop and smell the roses' take time out to enjoy life.

Stay away from ginger men with mustache's.....they're bad news!

Nothing that I can remember, I didn´t get on with her until now and now I am too old for advice ;)

None that I can remember-but I still love her and dont fault her at all for the choices I made in life.
She never gave me any advice!
1) Wash your hands every time you come in the house.
2) If you can't pay cash for it, you can't afford it.
3) Use credit vary sparingly.
4) Always show respect to your elders.
5) Never scratch your balls with the salad fork.

I didn't listen, and It didn't work. Now i am in trouble......
*drat* i hate when that happens.
She also told me other stuff like, ♫ ';Read your Bible pray everyday and you will grow, grow, grow...';♫ and don't lie, don't steal, don't murder (and all of the other 10 commandments); work hard, walk with integrity and follow your gut instincts.
All of my friends have ditched me because my life got bad, and it didn't look good for them to socialise with me, even though mostly all of them are nobodys like me. Whatev .......
So, my mom said to junk them then, as no one needs a fairweather friend, but well......... friendship termination pending.
She also said something about God having good plans for my life because of all that i have been through (and to some degree still am) but personally between you and me i think she was hitting the bottle before she said that.
