I am new to Best Buy and I want to really impress people because need to be moved up from seasonal status to a longer term stay there. I need advice that covers all the bases of being a strong employee. a quick guide to the acronyms, advice on downstocking, and a general overall statement would be vastly appreciated.Best advice for Best Buy?
The most important thing you need to do is let the management know that you're interested in sticking around and possibly even moving up and getting promoted. Really get to know all the managers and supervisors and let them see that you're motivated. They want to see that you have drive, that you care about numbers and sales, that you care about customer loyalty. They want to see that you follow all the steps and processes when dealing with a a customer, such as C.A.R.E.+. Get a study sheet of the acronyms from your hiring coordinater and know them forwards and backwards. And of course, don't be lazy. Depending on which Best Buy you're at, when they decide which seasonals to let go, it could get pretty competitive.Best advice for Best Buy?
